1.2 “User” means all those employees of our customers who are entitled to access this website (“entitled employees”) and “you” and “your” shall be construed accordingly..
1.3 “Customer” means such customers of Therapeutic Counselling Services that have contracted with us (and which contract is still in force) to provide counselling and legal information and which contract specifically includes the right to access this website as part of the services we provide under the contract.
1.4 “Entitled Employees” means all employees of our customers including, where allowed, family members.
1.5 “Family Members” means spouse, civil partner, partner and any legal dependant who is residing in the same household as the entitled employee and is under the age of 21 years and is in full time education.
